AGEP Summit on Federalism and the Future of Fossil Fuels

Program Description:  This summit focused on the discussion of how best to restore Federalism in the area of energy independence and natural resources development.  With the participation of counsel in this arena, the participantsheard a description of the current regulatory and litigation landscapes. The summit will also included an overview of cases where the federal government has overreached in its relationship with the States and a working session on how best to address these matters in the following months.
