SCJI Research Roundtable on the Law & Economics of Arbitration
Event Date: Wednesday, April 24 to Wednesday, April 24, 2013
Location: George Mason University School of Law3301 Fairfax Drive, Arlington, VA 22201
Program Description: To expand understanding of the costs and benefits associated with the use of arbitration, the Searle Civil Justice Institute has developed a public policy initiative on the Law & Economics of Arbitration. At this half day roundtable, scholars will present the initial results of their research conducted as part of this initiative, receive feedback, and engage in discussion with other authors, practitioners, and policy experts. The end result will be a body of new and original scholarship that we hope will help inform ongoing policy discussions on the issues surrounding arbitration. This is an invitation only event.
