Program Description:   Please join the Law & Economics Center at George Mason University School of Law for a full day of informative sessions on Understanding the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Panels will include prominent practitioners, academics, and CFPB representatives.  Topics include an Overview of the CFPB; CFBP Mortgage Lending Initiatives; Fair Lending; Arbitration; and CFPB Enforcement Activities.
